Most recently, he served as co-founder and CFO of a Seniors Housing management company. Samer’s prior experience includes: Managing Director of CFG Capital Markets, Vice President at Berkadia Mortgage., He started his financial career with a Baltimore-based investment bank where he spent six years managing the executions of close to $6.0 billion of capital raising and merger and acquisition transactions for financial services organizations, commercial and healthcare REITs, and property and casualty insurance companies.

Brent began his career as an Airborne Communications Specialist in the Air Force. His early responsibilities encompassed the critical task of maintaining communication and network equipment worldwide for esteemed U.S. leaders, including the Vice President, Military Leaders, Senators, and Congressman. During his military service, Brent obtained a degree in Professional Aeronautics and transitioned into the manufacturing sector. Brent assisted diverse global clients in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma Principles. Recognizing the critical need for real-time data in manufacturing, Brent shifted his focus towards bridging the gap between machine connectivity and software tools. His innovative approach enables personnel to leverage real-time data to enhance productivity in manufacturing processes. Brent takes pride in being a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a commitment to driving positive change in the manufacturing industry.

Steve McIntire has experience in corporate development, operations and investment banking advisory roles working with a variety of entrepreneurial and middle-market companies. He co-founded Banner Networks in 1996, an entrepreneurial start-up that wired the first privately owned apartment complex in Philadelphia for high-speed I nternet. He’s an expert in financial modelling and structuring mutually beneficial transactions. Steve has a BS Economics from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Public Policy and Finance. He is a CFA Charterholder.
